One of my front teeth has been bothering me off & on for a week now... It's a familiar feeling, cause I've had it before with other teeth. I'm afraid that I'll have to have a root canal done.
This is quite frustrating, over the last year I've spent over 5 thousand dollars restoring my teeth. What I believed to be as my last restoration visit was a couple of months ago. Thinking that I was back at a point where all I had to do was maintain a schedule of cleaning my teeth... I guess no matter what I do I can look forward to a life long struggle against my weak teeth, just like my parents.
The last visit I had to the dentist, was to fix a cavity in the tooth that is now bothering me. Its odd that I wouldn't be able to hold the dentist accountable for the suffering I'm now going through.... he was supposed to fix it, but what is this than? I've been brushing, I've been flossing... why does this happen? Didn't he do it correctly? Wouldn't he of noticed anything that could develop into this while he was in there?
And it all happens right when money is tight, with a expensive trip coming up I don't have the 400 for a root canal... not to mention the 500 for the cap it might need afterwards. I do have dental insurance, but I've already reached the cap for the year with previous restorations....
